The Masterplan advances a more complete and sustaining vision for Tranquille, realizing a four-season lakefront community for Kamloops through:

  • Village | Building a family-friendly community with a home for everyone;

  • Parks | Connecting nature and recreation through a multi-use trail network linking to the backcountry; and,

  • Lakefront | Creating waterfront living on Kamloops Lake with a dedicated park on Cooney Bay.
